A complete academy website with a real backend behind it: 12 course tracks and a 4-course foundation series, an online admission system that captures full student records, EasyPaisa seat reservation with transaction tracking, verified public reviews, and a private dashboard where every enquiry, payment and review is managed.

The problem

  • Enquiries arriving by phone and WhatsApp with nothing recorded
  • No way to collect admission details before a student walked in
  • Payments confirmed manually with no receipt trail
  • Nothing online for parents checking whether the academy is real

Iron Peak Fitness — a gym site, start to finish

A complete concept we built to show gym owners what their own site could do: membership tiers with real pricing, a weekly class timetable, coach profiles, and a free-trial booking form. Everything a member would need before walking in — and every booking landing in the owner's dashboard instead of a WhatsApp thread.

What it shows

  • Membership pricing answered before they call

Meridian Academy — an entry-test coaching site

A concept built for coaching academies and tuition centres: a results wall leading the page, programme fees stated openly, faculty credentials, live batch timings with seats remaining, and a free-demo-class enquiry form that reaches the office instantly.

What it shows

  • Results wall first — what parents actually decide on
  • Fees published, so callers are already qualified
  • Batch timings with live seat counts create urgency
  • Demo-class form captures the parent's number, not just the student's

Riverstone Resort — a Swat hotel that takes its own bookings

A concept for hotels and resorts, built around one number: the 15–20% commission travel sites take from every booking. The page puts a direct-vs-travel-site price comparison near the top, then rooms with rates, trips around the valley, and a booking request that reaches the front desk instead of an agency.

What it shows

  • Direct-booking saving shown as a side-by-side price
  • Rooms and seasonal rates stated plainly
  • Trips around Swat with distances — guests plan before arriving
  • Booking request with dates, room and number, no card required

Gulnaar Beauty Lounge — a salon that stops answering the same question

A concept for beauty parlours and bridal studios. Every service is priced openly instead of "call for price", bridal packages are laid out for the whole wedding week, and appointment requests arrive with the service, date and number attached — not buried in a WhatsApp inbox during wedding season.

What it shows

  • Full price menu — ends the endless "kitna hoga?" messages
  • Bridal packages priced per function, the real money-maker
  • Gallery built for the salon's own bridal photographs
  • Privacy stated up front: ladies-only staff, private bridal room

A concept for restaurants and cafés, built around the commission delivery apps take on every order. The full menu is priced openly, a direct-vs-app comparison sits mid-page, function halls are quoted per head, and table reservations arrive at the counter instead of as a missed call during the dinner rush.

Roshan Dental Care — a clinic that answers the two questions patients never ask out loud

A concept for dental clinics and polyclinics, built around the two things that stop someone booking: what it will cost, and whether the instruments are clean. Every fee is published, the sterilisation routine is written out step by step, and a treatment estimator shows the range and monthly instalment before anyone picks up the phone.
